Warranty Information

All products available on our web site have specific warranties provided by the manufactures of these products. Security Central, LLC will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer for labor or materials associated with the warranty replacement of these products. Please call for specific warranty information.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior consent including a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number".

Returns must be received in "like-new" condition, and un-opened, within 10 days after the RMA is issued. Authorized returns must be freight prepaid. All claims for replacement of products, regardless of cause, must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

All returned merchandise will require a minimum restocking charge of 20% in addition to any shipping costs incurred by Security Central LLC unless we are at fault. If you paid by credit card, the charge will appear as "Security Central, LLC" on your statement. By submitting this order you are agreeing to the terms above.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after processing has begun will be subject to a minimum $15.00 cancellation charge in addition to any shipping costs incurred by Security Central, LLC.
